  I agree with other unsatisfied customers regarding the service at this Australia Post. Staff are not friendly and are definitely not helpful. Very hard to understand!!

  I have never seen such a horrible set of staff members in my life, you can't even ask for stamps without at least one of them stomping their feet and screaming. The delivery service is terrible, they don't put mail in the letter box, they can't even deliver the mail to the correct houses, and one time they stuck some real important stuff under the wiper blade our car, hell I caught one of their delivery men/women rummaging through our neighbour's stuff!!! I can't even be sure if they even understand english because half the time when you ask them something you have to repeat it... multiple times. They have the most foul language over the phone as well, they hung up on me once when I asked to speak with the manager. and to top it off, they are incredibly SLOW, I was screwed around with for almost an hour before they finally pulled their fingers out and went looking for my bloody parcel, and that took an extra 20-25 minutes...

  The female delivery person is great, she knocks on the door when delivering parcels.

  The other delivery driver is like a ghost ,a slip appears in the door but no noise is made, i waited home to receive the parcel since the text message advised it was coming the following day and didnt hear so much as one knock at the door all day.

  Really disappointing as i never had an issue with this post office until today . Went in to post 3 separate items and asked what i send them inn and was directed to the shelving on the back wall and told to find something there as it would be cheaper. I managed to find one bag that would fit one of my parcels but was still lost. So lined up again waited for 10 minutes finally got to the front and They finally tell me what to post the remaining two in. I said the the guy at the desk i will pay for them now then ill go write on them and hand them back. He charged me for the parcels which i thought was cheap . Finished my parcels then put them on the desk told them that they were paid for and went to leave when they called me back to say that i hadn't paid for postage. They didn't put it through with rest of the invoice! by this time it had taken over half an hour for 3 parcels to be sent! There goes my lunch break...

  At least they have the one female delivery driver, her manners are exceptional and she performs her job well, pity that the other's can't follow her fine example and THINK!.

  When you go to pick up the parcels from the store and ask if there are any more for the same address the answer is always no until you produce another slip, you can have them go back and forth one slip at a time if you wanted to, the thought of collecting all of them for the resident of the dwelling is somehow a foreign concept.

  If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service, staff have no phone manners, don't even answer the phone saying where I have called and make you feel stupid for asking a question.
